Terms and Conditions

Upon hiring the hot tub you agree to accept our Term and Conditions and acknowledge that the use of the hot tub is at your (the hirers) own risk.

Hire Periods:

Our minimum hire period is 2 days (48 hrs). The hot tub is set up at the customer's location (no public land) the day the hire begins and then picked up upon the completion of the  hire period unless specifically agreed in writing at time of acceptance. Additional days are charged out as outlined in the website.

Your Responsibility:

Please ensure a power and water source is available upon our arrival, and keep the hot tub connected to power throughout the hire. The hot tub will maintain the set temperature of up to 40 degrees Celsius, so do not turn off the circulation or heating. Someone must be present during setup and pickup to provide access to water, drain and power. If this is not possible, please discuss it with us, as additional fees may apply. The hirer will supply the power and water for the hot tub and accessories during the hire period. We require a flat, level base for the hot tub. If your location is inadequate, please notify us before hiring. A 20m hose will be provided for filling and draining; if your tap or drain is further away, please let us know.

Safety Instructions:

Ensure everyone using the hot tub is properly instructed on safe and correct usage and has read the provided instructions, which are attached to the hot tub and sent prior to booking commencement. Always keep the hot tub plugged in and switched on, even when not in use, for proper filtration and heating. If it is accidentally turned off or a power failure occurs, reset it as shown in the setup demonstration & instructions. Contact us immediately if any issues arise, as failure to do so may result in a fine for preventable damage or non-refundable hire expiry.

Use of Chemicals:

Your health and well-being are our top priority. Our hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned between hires, and we provide sufficient chemicals for your rental period. Any additional chemical use must be discussed beforehand, as unauthorized dosing may incur fines or replacement costs. To keep the water clean, ensure all shower before entering and remove any makeup, fake tans, or creams. The water will be clean upon setup, and the supplied chemicals will maintain its cleanliness if these rules are followed. Do not add bubble bath or washing up liquid, and do not use the hot tub if the water is not visibly clean and fresh-smelling. Contact us immediately if you notice any water quality issues. A cleaning charge of $50 or a filter replacement charge of $50 may apply if we find the hot tub soiled beyond normal expected use. This is up to our representative.

The hirer uses the hot tub at their own risk Baltic Wellness is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or death resulting from unsafe use or failure to follow the rules. By accepting this contract, you accept responsibility for any damages caused by pets or otherwise.

If you fail to pay for any damaged parts or a stolen hot tub, we will pursue a claim in small claims court.

Our Right of Access:

We may enter any land or premises where the hot tub is located on the agreed date and time, as well as during the period for repairs, inspections for damage or re-dosing if needed.
